Bespoke integration work.
A homegrown EHR or a nonstandard compendium is real engineering. We scope it and quote it.
Third-party fees.
Some EHR vendors charge their own interface fees. We cannot waive those and will not imply otherwise.
Transaction volume.
Clearinghouse and eligibility transactions are genuine per-unit costs, passed through with the markup stated.
