The platform agreement

Use of the Lab A SaaS platform itself — by an accredited laboratory, its staff, and its ordering providers — is governed by a separate master services agreement and Business Associate Agreement executed directly with your lab, not by these site terms.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data this site collects — including through Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA — and how it's used.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, consistent with Lab A SaaS Corp's registered address below.
